Job Summary:

The Account Coordinator (AC) provides excellent customer service skills in a high-paced distirbution and manufacturing work environment, with ability to maintian a professional composure with the demands of operations. The AC will manage customer orders, queries, customer relation events, and prioritizing tasks throughout the day, working on several orders at one given time. The role will be filled with an innovative and tranformational mindset and resonate with our company Purpose, working closely with different levels of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries; process sales orders, returns, track order status, review artwork, correspond to shipment delays, handle order changes, initiate new project launches, and provide quotations for all products with customer love.
Intake and process all components for new projects.
Log and track customer relations events and determine resolution and or escalate as necessary.
Determine order revisions as needed with approval as required.
Apply concessions to customers or orders with approval as required.
Facilitate on-boarding, and creation of new accounts.
Coordinate customer sensory requests with lab, salesperson, and customer.
Create product samples to order for sales team.
Create customized open order status reports for accounts.
Communicate regularly with different departments tied to departments processes.
Enter and update customer preferences, customer pricing, and product specifications within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central accurately.
Obtain functional knowledge of all company product offerings.
Communicate regularly with management regarding workflow, operations, and opportunities for streamlining current procedures.
Participate, present, and contribute during daily production meetings and department meetings as required.
Engage in the training process for new hires, new or updated processes as needed.
Perform as a backup for AC team members that are out of the office.

Successful candidates for this position will have:

Associate degree required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field highly preferred.
Three years direct customer service experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Demonstrated professionalism and interpersonal skills working with internal and external customers.
Strong working knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and skills.
Profound oral and written communication skills.
Customer focused attitude, passionate and provides customer love.
Manages timelines and priorities.
Driven and provides solutions or ideas.
Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Knowledge working with a CRM experience highly preferred.
Performs independent tasks and engages with teams.
Experience following Lean Principles.

Physical Demands

Able to sit for long periods of time and work at a computer workstation.
Able and willing to occasionally work longer than normal business hours when needed to meet deadlines.
Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
Able and willing to travel domestically for work-related business as needed or required for the purposes of this position.
Frequently visit production warehouse in varying temperatures as needed.
Comply with GMP/Food Safety rules, regulations, requirement, and policies that apply to the Company.

Salary Range

$58,000-$68,000 annually

Associate Account Coordinator

The Associate Account Coordinator (AAC) will be an integral part of the Account Coordinating

Department responsible for supporting team members with processing orders, modifications, and customer relation events. Coming to the Company with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of urgency, and able to work with all levels of the company is ideal. The role will be filled with a reliable and driven incumbent, resonating with our company Purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

Process product samples and quotes to order for sales team.
Maintain product sample Kanban orders, distributed samples, sample tubes and sample boxes.
Support with tracking shipments closely to ensure timely delivery to
Assist with processing customer credits for product and service-related issues.
Aid in fielding new customer inquiries with customer love.
Respond to the company general email and voicemail inboxes.
Perform customer onboarding and contact entry.
Communicate data for potential order delays to the AC Team.
Complete administrative tasks in ERP system with accuracy.
Support lower volume territories, including but not limited to those assigned to a broker and/or reseller.
Create customized open order status reports for accounts.
Log customer relations events, working with department manager and or Sr. AC to determine resolution or escalation process.
Determines order revisions as needed with manager review and/or approval.
Apply concessions to customers or orders after reviewing account knowledge and needs with manager and or Sr. AC approval.
Update documents and price sheets.
Create bids, quotations, and proposals to support the team members.
Participate and present during daily production and department meetings as
Updates work instructions as needed.
Perform as a backup for AC team members that are out of the office as needed.

Successful candidates for this position will have:

Associate degree highly preferred, but not required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a customer service environment.
High level of professionalism and interpersonal
Professional level written and verbal communication skills and attention to
Working knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Customer focused attitude, passionate, driven and reliable.
Highly organized and completes numerous projects and tasks on tight deadlines.
Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite highly preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Business Central 365 a

Job Summary
The Sales Consultant for the Sonoma County territory will contribute exceptional planning, sales and relationship building skills. The Sales Consultant will demonstrate strong collaboration skills including, working with Sales Leadership, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Technical Services, Accounting, and Operations teams, while selling multiple product lines. This role will focus on fostering new and existing lasting partnerships with our customers. Increase sales and market share within territory are critical components to successfully contributing to the territory.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and plan daily, weekly, and monthly visits to wineries within territory to promote product portfolio and reach agreed upon goals.
Actively cross sell the company’s product lines.
Deploy a consultative approach to educate customers on company products and services with a focus on adding value to our customers business.
Seek out new customer opportunities and maintain strong relationships with established customers.
Meet the demands of the annual sales budget and sell beyond the budget to reach sales goals for incentive bonuses.
Record, meet, fulfill, and satisfy the minimum monthly sales metrics as determined for the assigned territory.
Actively enter and update all customer data and sales activities into the Company CRM system.
Manage business expenses and stay within the set annual expense budgets.
Act as a liaison between customer and CSR for orders, artwork, and special requests.
Maintain excellent communication with customers and provide unparalleled service.
Participate in events to market product line such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
Work with managers and peers within every department of the company to foster a team atmosphere and promote company goals and objectives.
Keep up on competitive information and industry changes; maintain close awareness of all competitors, their products and pricing.
Demonstrate loyalty and a high level of integrity.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Viticulture, or related field.
2-5 years of sales experience. Wine industry experience preferred.
Highly motivated by personal and professional success.
Strong sales skills, specifically conversational acuity, phone prospecting and follow-up skills.
Database management skills including customer profile updates, meeting notes, customer specifications and order entry.
Organized with high attention to detail, independent and self-sufficient.
Excellent verbal and written presentation skills that effectively communicate the competitive advantages of our products.
Experience in building solid relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Passionate about the wine industry, actively participate in educational opportunities, stay up-to-date and ahead of trends in the industry.

Physical Demands

Able to work longer than normal business hours including frequent weekend and evening work, attending wine industry events.
Travel domestic and internationally.
Able to drive and sit for long period of time.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Salary Range

$80,000-$115,000 annually
